At Hilton Herbs we are in the unique position of having our own Medical Herbalist - Hilary Self BSc. MNIMH, who is responsible for formulating all our herbal products, using only the finest quality (human grade) ingredients. This ensures our customers can be confident they are giving the animals in their care, a top quality, safe and effective product backed up by an in depth knowledge of herbal medicine that is second to none. Hilary has lectured in the USA, Australia, and Europe and is the author of "A Modern Horse Herbal" and "Veteran Horse Herbal".
Hilton Herbs is a long established family run business, located in the beautiful countryside on the Somerset / Dorset borders in the S.W of England. The two directors Hilary and Tony Self are both keen horse riders, and in addition to their horses and dogs, keep sheep, and a small herd of rare breed cattle.

Hilton Herbs is proud to be a member of the NASC (National Animal Supplements Council) in the U.S.A, who operate a strict auditing scheme similar to the European EFSIS scheme (see our Quality Control section) as well as the unique National Adverse Event Reporting System.
